Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst
Location: Tallahassee FL
Duration: Approx. 7-month contract

We are hiring for the role of Senior Systems Analyst. Below are the key details:
Role Overview

Provide business process documentation analysis and development support for complex financial applications on large cross-functional projects. Deliver robust scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as developer and subject matter expert for financial business process applications.

Oversee quality assurance on new code from development through production.

Troubleshoot issues collaboratively using tools and teamwork.

Drive continuous improvement via design roadmaps and process standardization.

Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure communication and project delivery standards.

Stay current with software development trends technologies and methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
-
7 years as a lead developer or development manager.
-
5 years experience with Oracle or similar relational databases.

Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.

Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio/.Net (preferred).

Knowledge of ORMs including Entity Framework and n-Hibernate (preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-demand environments.

Experienced in team leadership and complex system analysis.
Preferred Skills

Microsoft Visual Studio/.Net and ORMs including Entity Framework and n-Hibernate.
Education
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or equivalent experience.
