Key Responsibilities:
Provide full secretarial and administrative support to two junior attorneys
Diary management and coordination of schedules deadlines and court dates
Scheduling meetings consultations and follow-ups
Drafting formatting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
Facilitate interaction with the billings department
Screening calls
Liaising and interfacing with multiple internal departments to ensure efficient workflow
Maintaining filing systems and case files
Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience working as a Legal Secretary in a law firm environment
Relevant law qualification
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Professional well-presented and able to handle sensitive information
