Requirements
What youll do
Lead the end-to-end design development testing and deployment of advanced RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for scalable automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders business analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into robust automation solutions.
Mentor and guide junior/intermediate RPA developers fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
Maintain monitor and optimise RPA bots to ensure maximum reliability and performance.
Ensure all automation solutions comply with SARS governance cybersecurity and data privacy policies.
Document solutions develop training materials and provide expert support to end-users and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the RPA Centre of Excellence.
Influence strategic automation decisions and propose innovations that improve efficiency accuracy and business outcomes.
Must-have experience & qualifications
Relevant bachelors degree (Computer Science Information Systems or related).
7 years software development experience including 5 years in RPA development.
Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate.
Deep expertise in Power Platform: Power Automate Power Apps AI Builder Power Virtual Agents.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Framework VBScript JavaScript.
Strong understanding of process analysis business analysis and scalable automation design.
Experience integrating AI/ML into automation solutions is highly advantageous.
Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders.
