We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for a permanent role based in Broederstroom Northwest Province

Duties & Responsibilities

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management Restaurant Management or Business Administration ideal
  • 3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality / restaurant industry
  • Proven track record in restaurant operations staff supervision financial management & customer service
  • Experience with systems inventory control and cash handling
  • Good understanding of health safety & hygiene compliance
  • Work hours : Monday Friday 8am-5pm and every first and last weekend of the month will need to be worked
The successful applicant would be responsible for but not limited to:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Budgeting promotions and cost control
  • Lead train and inspire team
  • Manage inventory supplier relations compliance with health & safety and liquor regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen bar and event teams
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints
  • Ensure the restaurant runs efficiently profitability and in line with company standards

Salary: R18000 per month Provident & Risk benefit
