We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for a permanent role based in Broederstroom Northwest Province
Duties & Responsibilities
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
Grade 12 with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management Restaurant Management or Business Administration ideal
3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality / restaurant industry
Proven track record in restaurant operations staff supervision financial management & customer service
Experience with systems inventory control and cash handling
Good understanding of health safety & hygiene compliance
Work hours : Monday Friday 8am-5pm and every first and last weekend of the month will need to be worked
The successful applicant would be responsible for but not limited to:
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Budgeting promotions and cost control
Lead train and inspire team
Manage inventory supplier relations compliance with health & safety and liquor regulations
Collaborate with kitchen bar and event teams
Handle customer feedback and complaints
Ensure the restaurant runs efficiently profitability and in line with company standards
