Job Summary

Position: General Manager Service
Location: Cochin
Experience: 14 years of experience in service in Automobile industry.4 wheeler license required
Qulaification :B. Tech Mechanical/Automobile
Salary : Upto 40 LPA

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete service operations across workshops and service centers.
- Monitor daily service performance productivity and operational KPIs.
* Lead mentor and motivate service advisors technicians CRM teams and workshop staff.
* Achieve monthly and yearly service revenue and profitability targets.
* Identify areas of business growth and implement strategies for upselling and customer retention.
* Develop and execute service strategies to improve turnaround time (TAT) customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
