What Youll Be Doing

You are a naturally curious data guru who is excited to dig through the layers of the data uncover the hidden insights and share them with the business using comprehensive dashboard & analysis with the use of effective data visualization technique. You are an analyst who is excited at helping business with the analytic support using various solutions and have strong business acumens to understand what business really needs.

The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of insightful and actionable analytics and visualization solutions related to data generated from the frontend tools and provide operational and tactical support in managing the data analytics environment in support of Business Performance and Insights analytics strategy. The candidate will be accountable for supporting the needs of Platform Owners Lines of Business Client Strategy and Channel partners.

How Youll Succeed

• Analytics & reporting Lead the delivery of fact-based dashboards and reporting tools to influence decisions and/or identify gaps. The expectation is to go well beyond the numbers and provide insightful product/business/customer/client/segment analysis. Contribute to the development and management of a reporting/analytical intake process.

• Presentation - You have the ability to prepare analytical based presentations that present complex data information in an understandable and actionable way.

• Strategic thinker - You have experience in providing insights to inform decisions forecasting and planning. Drive manage and execute analytics initiatives as well as providing recommendations and best practices for new integrations.

• Data exploration What you need may not be always available. Explore the organizations data that wasnt utilized previously and strategically plan out how each data element can be leveraged to derive more meaningful insights for the business.

• Ad Hoc analyses Develop ad hoc analyses to address key business issues as they arise. Complete complex client and product analyses utilizing a variety of structured and unstructured data sources. Develop and share insights with a wide variety of audiences.

• Strong partner Collaborate and communicate PSB Frontline analytics strategic priorities and act as a liaison with internal and external partners to gather critical information on the various management techniques/client issues/concerns strategic priorities business challenges and specific project requirements to support the development of a winning value proposition.

Who You Are

• You have a University degree in business commerce mathematics or computer science.

• You can demonstrate 2 years of work experience in data modeling working with large datasets including both structured and unstructured data. You have good proficiency in SQL SAS Excel and Databricks.

• You can demonstrate 2 years of work experience presenting data and identify key trends and patterns using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• You give meaning to data. You proactively ask questions and dig into data to find patterns or answers. You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information. You evaluate data objectively and draw logical conclusions. You can turn complex analysis into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Youre confident in your ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way. You use data to support decisions and drive change.
