Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position Summary
The LCSW at Dedicated Health care provides clinical social work support for individuals with mental health disorders under supervision. The LCSW will conduct assessments deliver psychotherapy facilitate groups and collaborate in treatment planning to promote recovery wellness functionality and community reintegration.
The role supports person centered care in outpatient intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization settings aligning with the organizations mission of empowering clients through evidence based behavioral health services.
Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social
Work Education (CSWE).
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia (or eligible for
licensure).
- Experience (preferred) providing mental health services with individuals/adults in settings like
outpatient therapy IOP or other behavioral health programs.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment treatment planning therapeutic modalities. -
Ability to manage a caseload adapt to group and individual work comfortable with crisis intervention.
- Excellent interpersonal communication documentation and organizational skills. - Cultural
competence; ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Must meet requirements per Dedicated Care center policies: proof of identity background
checks (FBI social services) immunizations/vaccines TB screening physical clearance CPR &
First Aid.
Working Conditions
- Work hours may include evenings or virtual/telehealth sessions depending on program needs
(e.g. IOP virtual groups).
- Work environment includes clinic settings sometimes community or virtual settings.
- Occasional travel for community outreach or coordination may be expected.
