Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to assist with our 2024 financial. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented reliable and experienced with small-business accounting.

Responsibilities:

Manage bookkeeping for the company
Handle Accounts Payable
Handle Accounts Receivable
Work with both accrual and cash basis accounting
Prepare year-end financial
Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy

Qualifications:

Proven experience with bookkeeping and AP/AR
Knowledge of accrual and cash basis
Experience with QuickBooks online and desktop(or similar software) preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
