Where you fit in
Lead Lift and Transport Partnersare responsible for duties related in dispatching and scheduling. The coordinate the flow of transportation within the hospital. May assist in transporting or providing patient lifts and otherhandling maneuvers.
Your exceptional skills
- The Lead Lift and Transport Partner is responsible for answering the phones in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinates the flow requests fortransportation
- Initiates transports when indicated
- Ensures that transportation requests are being acknowledged in a timely manner
- Follows up with patients to ensure that their expectationhasbeen met
Your exceptional qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous healthcare experience required
- Ability to communicate well and effectively with patients and personnel
- Strong organizational interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must be able to lift push and/or pull a minimum of 75 lbs
