Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care on a contract basis. This role requires coordinating patient care monitoring patient conditions and ensuring proper execution of physician and nursing orders.
Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.

Assess record and communicate patient conditions accurately.

Serve as a primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.

Carry out physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately.

Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical/Surgical RN.

Ability to work onsite for 12-hour shifts 3 days per week.

Strong clinical communication and patient care skills.
