ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager Pfizer Brand plays a key role in shaping and advancing the brand for a global Fortune 500 business supporting the growth of Pfizers commercial position and reputation.
Reporting to the Director Brand Operations in the Chief Marketing Office this role will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development activation and governance of Pfizers corporate brand including standards/guidelines paid campaigns PR partnerships and broader endorsed partnerships/sponsorships. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that Pfizer brand is represented across markets and initiatives.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Director Brand Operations in developing and executing end-to-end Pfizer brand strategy and operations including:
Planning and leading cross-functional stakeholder workshops and workstreams to drive brand alignment and execution
Managing agency relationships and overseeing the creative development and delivery of brand campaigns
Supporting and shaping the development of Pfizer brand standards and guidelines
Supporting key brand partnerships including paid campaigns PR partnerships and broader Pfizer endorsed partnerships and sponsorships
Managing and tracking budgets for Pfizer brand initiatives
Contribute to brand performance tracking and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree with a preference for advanced degree
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing across a number of industries with a preference for experience in or broad knowledge of the life sciences / pharmaceutical industry
Experience with corporate brand management
Experience working with or at marketing agencies
Executive presence and demonstrated ability to effectively influence senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to manage large complex projects and deliver results meeting deadlines and strategic goals
Experienced collaborator with ability to skillfully coordinate across cross-functional teams and foster highly productive cross-functional relationships
Preference for global experience in working with different markets that span various cultures languages and time zones
Demonstrate ability to thrive under pressure to take accountability and to meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively in unchartered territory and comfort with uncertainty
Proficient with Microsoft suite and collaborative project management tools

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120800.00 to $201400.00.* In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
