Job Description
An established international contractor is expanding into the Norwegian market and is seeking a Project Directorto lead operations and drive business growth. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in launching and developing a new regional business overseeing both project delivery and strategic development. This is a strategic position with a clear path to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and expansion of the Norwegian business in collaboration with the European leadership team.
- Develop relationships across the Norwegian market to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Oversee project delivery from estimating and preconstruction through to completion.
- Build and lead project teams as the business grows.
- Act as the key representative in Norway ensuring the highest standards of quality safety and client satisfaction.
Experience:
Were looking for a candidate who:
- Has proven experience in the built environment ideally within data centres mission critical pharma logistics industrial or cold storage sectors.
- Brings strong estimating or preconstruction experience.
- Possesses excellent business development skills and an established network within the Norwegian construction market.
- Is fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).
- Has a proactive entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently to deliver results.
