In the role of Business Banking Manager you will join a high-performing team of Business Bankers who are driving real impact for customersfocused empowered and committed to keeping things simple. Each day youll go above and beyond to:

• Educate customers about their business options providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
• Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
• Identify new referral opportunities.
• Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
• Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
• Manage day to day compliance requirements.

• Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
