As we continue to expand we are seeking a Vice President of Business Development to spearhead our growth strategy enhance our acquisition systems and drive consistent market expansion.
Position Overview
The Vice President of Business Development will oversee all revenue-generating initiatives refine and scale our sales and partnership processes and ensure strong alignment across sales marketing and client delivery operations. This role is instrumental in scaling our business development engine improving conversion performance and supporting a premium client acquisition experience.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical leader who can translate company goals into actionable business development systems high-performing processes and measurable growth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize the full business development cycle to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth.
Build refine and implement business development and sales processes systems and playbooks to increase efficiency and conversion.
Work closely with Marketing and Client Delivery to ensure pipeline alignment collaboration and smooth client transitions.
Track analyze and report on key performance metrics to strengthen forecasting effectiveness and growth performance.
Establish and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency accountability and high operational standards.
Oversee recruitment onboarding training and performance management for business development and sales resources.
Collaborate with leadership to set targets define growth strategy and support company-wide expansion goals.
Foster a culture of ownership communication and continuous improvement across the revenue team.
