The FIBC Juki Tailor is responsible for stitching and assembling Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) and PP woven bag components using industrial Juki sewing machines. The role requires precision speed and technical expertise to ensure high-quality output in line with production standards.
Operate Juki industrial sewing machines for stitching FIBC bags liners loops belts reinforcement panels and related components.
Perform accurate stitching according to approved patterns technical drawings and product specifications.
Ensure proper alignment cutting and finishing of edges for PP woven fabric and FIBC materials.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Report any machine issues or material discrepancies to the supervisor for timely resolution.
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the Juki machine (threading needle replacement tension adjustment etc.).
Work closely with production supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
Follow all company HSE guidelines and safe working practices in the manufacturing unit.
Assist in training new tailors or helpers when required.
Support other production-related tasks as assigned.
Proven experience as an FIBC Tailor or Industrial Tailor in PP woven/FIBC manufacturing companies.
Strong knowledge of Juki sewing machines (single needle double needle overlock etc.).
Ability to read and follow stitching patterns and technical specifications.
Good handeye coordination attention to detail and consistent stitching quality.
Ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Basic understanding of safety procedures in industrial operations.
Experience in stitching U-panel 4-loop 2-loop tunnel-lift and baffle FIBCs.
Knowledge of different PP woven fabrics webbings threads and liners.
Familiarity with quality control processes in bulk bag manufacturing.
Ability to stand for long hours and operate sewing machinery continuously.
Ability to lift materials and handle industrial fabric rolls as needed.
