Accountabilities
Assist the Equipment Specialist and Senior Well Equipment Technologist in coordinating completion and workover sub-assembly make-up and pressure testing.
Support safe and efficient preparation of completion and well services equipment.
Liaise with QA/QC teams and contractors to ensure equipment preparation meets required standards.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate the make-up pressure testing and job prioritization for completion and workover sub-assemblies.
Maintain close communication with the Equipment Specialist and Senior Well Equipment Technologist regarding equipment preparation discrepancies and operational requirements.
Create purchase orders for sub-assembly make-up testing inspections and retesting in SAP.
Liaise directly with equipment vendors for inspections functional testing and supervised assembly work.
Manage sub-assembly and completion accessories inventory including storage well assignment backload handling maintenance redressing and repairs.
Coordinate with third-party QA/QC personnel for witnessing and inspection at vendor facilities.
Create track and close out non-conformance reports (NCRs) and lessons learned related to completion and workover equipment (storage handling transport make-up pressure testing SIT etc.).
Work closely with the Warehouse Team Lead for loadout preparations and logistics support.
Participate in duty rotations and maintain organized workspaces.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
Experience
Extensive hands-on experience with completion and well services equipment assembly and QA/QC processes.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational environment; offshore field experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Extensive experience working with SAP in an operational or supply chain context.
Competencies
Familiarity with supply chain management processes and systems.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team environment.
Flexible proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills for coordination with onshore and offshore teams.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
