Requirements
Who You Are
1015 years of progressive experience in commercial roles within the international chemical trading industry.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (Senior Commercial Manager Sales Director etc.).
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Chemical Engineering Chemistry or related fields. (MBA is a strong advantage.)
Proven success in developing commercial strategies that drive revenue market share and profitability.
Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing commercial teams.
Excellent P&L management skills with deep financial literacy and forecasting capability.
Outstanding negotiation problem-solving and decision-making skills particularly with complex high-value contracts.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
