Our Client is an exclusive education partner of Wall Street English and Curiookids in Indonesia. They also provide independent study abroad consultations and test preparation courses through INDIES (Independent International Education Solutions) as well as English-based soft skills courses for professionals (ProSkills) for corporates.
MISSION: The goal is to achieve the companys annual commercial objectives (top-line growth profitability and student experience). Reporting to the CEO and/or COO he/she will be responsible for all sales & marketing funnels (digital brand activation internal revenue) as well as the student experience (customer satisfaction) online and in-center (depending on the business unit). Ultimately P&L responsibility for the relevant business unit/division.
Set bottom-up sales targets sales tactics promotions and related marketing initiatives
Track and drives the sales & marketing functions daily through robust data-driven reports
Lead and drive Area Managers to achieve monthly sales and experience goals
