Job Summary

Assist in the monitoring maintenance and support of IT infrastructure (servers networks and systems).
Support cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP) under the guidance of senior team members.
Perform basic system administration tasks (user account setup backups software updates).
Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Must have completed formal training in IT Infrastructure or Cloud Computing.
Strong foundational knowledge of networking operating systems (Windows/Linux) and hardware.
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g. PowerShell Bash Python) is an advantage.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Should have completed the technical graduation.
