Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair electrical wiring circuits equipment and systems in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Inspect test and troubleshoot electrical components including transformers circuit breakers control panels and distribution systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Interpret electrical blueprints schematics and technical diagrams to guide installation and repair activities.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure system reliability and longevity.
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations company policies and international safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors engineers and other technical staff to support project timelines and operational goals.
Requirements
- Educational qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 25 years of hands-on experience in electrical installation maintenance or repair within shipyard industrial or construction environments.
- Gulf region experience is highly preferred.
- Proven familiarity with industrial electrical systems tools and equipment.
- Ability to work standard 8-hour shifts 26 days per month.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics layouts and technical documentation.
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
