Job Overview:

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff.

As a member of our ground handling team you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all ground activities at the airport. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in baggage drop-off and boarding procedures
Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
Coordinate with other departments and airlines to ensure smooth operations.
Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft
Conduct security checks and screenings as per airport regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the terminal and ground handling equipment
Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs
Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures
Keep accurate records of all ground handling activities Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of basic computer skills
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
