In this role you will operate and evolve the companys internal IT systems while driving a major infrastructure transformation. Youll work in a generalist environment with a wide technical scope minimal bureaucracy and zero external client pressure.
What youll do:
Operate and administer Linux & Windows servers
Manage web/app servers databases and CI/CD pipelines
Automate and orchestrate infrastructure (Docker Ansible Kubernetes or similar)
Ensure IT security monitoring and backups
Support internal users (all tech-savvy colleagues)
Contribute to long-term infrastructure redesign
What youll have:
Proven experience in Linux/Windows system administration
Experience with automation CI/CD and virtualization
Strong networking firewall and IT security knowledge
Hands-on with Git Jenkins Docker Ansible Proxmox
German level B2 or higher
Nice-to-Haves
Kubernetes or other orchestration tools
Infrastructure-as-Code or advanced scripting
