Job Summary

The Network and System Administrator is responsible for the design deployment maintenance and reliable operation of the companys entire IT infrastructure. This includes managing all local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN) server infrastructure (physical and virtual) operating systems and critical business applications. The core mission is to ensure high availability security and optimal performance of all IT systems that support business continuity.

Requirements

Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer

Science or related field or equivalent experience.

3 years of hands-on experience in a network and system

administration role.

Network protocols and services (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs VPN).

Windows Server environments and Active Directory.

Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID Exchange Online SharePoint).

Firewall and switch configuration (e.g. Cisco Meraki Palo Alto

Fortinet).

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network Security Microsoft

365 Certified: Administrator Associate CCNA).

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS) and virtualization

(VMware Hyper-V).

Scripting skills (PowerShell Bash) for automation.

Experience in Your Industry e.g. manufacturing finance software

development.
