Position Overview
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a new client in the Beltsville area. This role includes a combination of in-home and clinic-based ABA sessions. Candidates must be open to afternoon early evening and/or daytime availability as the final schedule will be confirmed once client onboarding is complete.
About the Role
- Location: Beltsville MD (20705)
- Setting: In-home and clinic based on client needs
- Schedule: Flexible; final hours will be determined following client scheduling
- Pay: $22.00$26.00/hr
- Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
What Youll Do
- Provide direct ABA therapy with professionalism and consistency
- Follow individualized treatment procedures designed by supervising BCBAs
- Support communication social behavioral and adaptive skill development
- Document progress accurately using digital tools
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and organizational guidelines
- Communicate effectively with clinical supervisors and team members
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification
- Experience delivering ABA services
- Reliable transportation for home-based sessions
- Ability to meet background screening requirements
- Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting children with varying behavioral needs
- Confidence providing therapy in both home and clinic settings
- Strong documentation and data-collection skills
