Position Overview

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a new client in the Beltsville area. This role includes a combination of in-home and clinic-based ABA sessions. Candidates must be open to afternoon early evening and/or daytime availability as the final schedule will be confirmed once client onboarding is complete.

Location: Beltsville MD (20705)
Setting: In-home and clinic based on client needs
Schedule: Flexible; final hours will be determined following client scheduling
Pay: $22.00$26.00/hr
Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What Youll Do

Provide direct ABA therapy with professionalism and consistency
Follow individualized treatment procedures designed by supervising BCBAs
Support communication social behavioral and adaptive skill development
Document progress accurately using digital tools
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and organizational guidelines
Communicate effectively with clinical supervisors and team members

Required Qualifications

Active RBT certification
Experience delivering ABA services
Reliable transportation for home-based sessions
Ability to meet background screening requirements
Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting children with varying behavioral needs
Confidence providing therapy in both home and clinic settings
Strong documentation and data-collection skills

Required Skills:
