Join Micron as the Director of FE Procurement Operations in Singapore. You will lead a dynamic team in a key role that blends innovation perfection and collaboration. Job Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of procurement activities ensuring detailed execution and adherence to company objectives.
Advise the activities of buyers and expediters providing clear mentorship and support to achieve elite performance.
Review and approve purchases within specified limits maintaining strict compliance with company policies.
Negotiate major contracts involving large dollar amounts applying your expertise to secure advantageous terms.
Develop and put into action strong policies and procedures for procurement operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and track cost schedule and performance of major subcontracts ensuring alignment with Microns business strategy.
Coordinate purchasing activities with engineering and manufacturing departments to meet site-specific and company-wide goals.
Assist with the establishment and maintenance of production negotiation and performance tracking control systems.
Select develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the procurement function.

Job Requirements

Validated experience in leading procurement teams with a proven track record of success.
Outstanding communication skills with the capacity to clearly convey and uphold procurement strategies.
Expertise in cost of ownership and business award processes.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to observe and boost performance metrics.
Ability to formulate and apply business processes that promote efficiency and quality.
A collaborative approach encouraging inclusive and high-performing teams.
