Red Hat コンサルティングチームではOpenShift を中心にRHEL や Ansible を含むプラットフォーム領域全般を担当する OpenShift Consultant を募集しています
本ポジションではIT およびソフトウェアエンジニアリングチームと連携しオンプレミスパブリッククラウドROSAARO などハイブリッドクラウドといった多様な環境に対応したスケーラブルな基盤の設計構築を支援いただきます小規模な PoC概念実証の立ち上げから将来的な全社展開を見据えた大規模環境の構築までRed Hat のコンテナプラットフォームを最適に運用できるようデリバリーチームの一員として取り組んでいただきます
お客様が直面する複雑な技術課題に対しOpenShift が持つスケーラビリティ堅牢なセキュリティ強力な CI/CD パイプライン機能を活用し最適なアーキテクチャを提案実現していただくことが期待されますまたその技術的ビジネス的価値をお客様へ分かりやすく伝える役割も担います

Primary Job Responsibilities:
RHELRed Hat OpenShiftおよび Ansible といった Red Hat のオープンハイブリッドクラウドソリューション関連のプラットフォーム製品の導入 (設計構築保守運用) の支援業務
プロジェクトおよびクライアントチームのメンバーと協力して締め切りと目標を達成すること
品質保証およびチケット/バグ管理を含むプロジェクトのドキュメントと図表作成への貢献
クライアントへの助言および知識の共有
顧客のクラウドおよびシステムインフラストラクチャーソリューションの自動化と統合を開発および実装
自動化技術と DevOps プロセスの採用を定義および促進しクラウドのライフサイクルを改善すること(これにはインフラストラクチャーとアプリケーションのアップタイムアベイラビリティーおよび製品化までの時間を含む)
クラウド技術設計原理統合ポイントおよび自動化メソッドを使用したソリューションの設計と推進
Required Skills:
6 年以上のテクノロジー分野での経験例: コンサルティングオペレーションヘルプデスクまたはサービスデスク設計開発
3年以上の Linux の経験Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) または派生製品であれば尚可
クラウドインフラストラクチャーの設計および運営の経験
DevOps または Agile プロセスの実地経験
オペレーティングシステムアーキテクチャーとKVM などの仮想化の経験
Docker などのコンテナー実装Kubernetesなどのコンテナーオーケストレーション実装を含むPaaSの知識と経験
Amazon Web Services や Microsoft Windows Azure などのパブリッククラウドテクノロジーおよびプロバイダーを使用した経験
データストレージネットワークモニタリングおよびセキュリティーを含めたシステムインフラストラクチャーおよびクラウドソリューションの実装経験
Bash および同様のコマンドラインツールでの作業経験
口頭および書面での優れたコミュニケーションスキルとプレゼンテーションスキル日本語と英語の両方
分散したチームとの作業ができること(これにはE メールやチャットを使用したオープンソースのコミュニティーとのやり取りを含む)
品質保証のポジションの経験チケットシステムやバグ追跡ツールの経験があれば尚可
独自に調査し短期間で学習でき新しいアイデアを実践する能力
