Onsite MondayFriday 8am-5pm Manufacturing/Distribution Environment
Were seeking an experienced Inside Sales Support professional for a well-established distribution company. This is a full-time onsite (not remote or hybrid) position supporting daily sales operations customer service and order processing.
Responsibilities:
Process and verify customer orders and quotes
Communicate with customers regarding order status and product information
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate records and use web-based systems/portals for tracking
Provide general administrative and sales support
Qualifications:
2 years Inside Sales Support or Customer Service experience in a manufacturing or distribution company
Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based portals
Strong communication multitasking and time management skills
Dependable professional and detail-oriented
Requirements:
Must pass background check and drug test
Must work onsite MondayFriday (no remote or hybrid)
Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Must have a valid drivers license and able to self commute to and from work
