General Parts is building the best team of Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians in Green Bay Wisconsin
We are actively seeking a Hot-Side technician a mechanically inclined professional who can accurately diagnose troubleshoot and repair gas electric steam and similar types of commercial kitchen equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Essential functions may include but are not limited to the functions listed below
- Diagnoses troubleshoots and repairs commercial kitchen equipment that uses gas electric and steam to include grills ovens freezers etc.
- Keeps the customer and branch office updated on repair status and part requests to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Completes appropriate technical and manufacturing training/certification ongoing.
- Adheres company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Manages truck inventory and keeps service vehicle tools and uniforms consistent with Heritage standards of excellence.
- Willingness to work 40-hour weekly schedule and on-call nights and weekends as required

Qualifications:
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Drivers license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
- Two years of relevant experience education or military experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude including electronics steam gas and refrigeration.
- Refrigeration technicians must be EPA certified.
- CFESA Certification is a plus but not required.
- Must be highly safety-conscious.
- Moderate to heavy lifting and carrying (up to 75 pounds).
- Requires frequent walking standing driving sitting squatting kneeling reaching overhead bending twisting and turning.
- Must be able to use hands for fine manipulation of hand tools.
