Whats The Job
The Warehouse Lead partners with the Warehouse Supervisor to help enforce procedures train employees and ensure efficiency and accuracy across warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining productivity quality and safety within the warehouse.

Schedule: 2nd shift 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. Monday Friday

What Youll Be Doing Stop Scanning and Read This Part
  • Help manage and engage in all warehouse functions to ensure efficient processes.
  • Perform scanning functions and ERP transactions accurately.
  • Communicate daily with the Warehouse Supervisor regarding operational challenges.
  • Assist the Supervisor in conducting audits across warehouse facilities.
  • Maintain safety and quality expectations and protocols.
  • Provide training and guidance to warehouse employees.
  • Assist in shipping functions to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Promote and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and warehouse safety standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What Youve Done And Who You Are
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred.
  • Prior experience using pallet jack or forklift preferred; ability to obtain certification upon hire is required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to new processes and technology quickly.

Physical Demands
  • Constant speaking and collaboration with multiple departments.
  • Frequent travel throughout Oats Overnight facilities.
  • Constant bending squatting and moving product.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to be certified on manual and powered pallet jacks or forklifts.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons.
  • You must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards.
  • You must be able to maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards.
