The Digital Technology team is seeking a Full-stack Senior Digital Software Engineer for the Asset Management Division in the Digital team in Dallas. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering innovative projects and collaborating with top-tier professionals in the field.

Responsibilities:

10 years of relevant professional experience
Demonstrated expertise in Java and SpringBoot for building robust applications
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Strong knowledge of SQL NoSQL and MongoDB for data solutions
Ability to integrate and manage queue systems like Kafka to enhance system efficiency
Proficiency with build systems such as Gradle Maven and Git-CI/CD to streamline development workflows
Experience ensuring secure applications with multi-threading and OAuth using Spring Security
Familiarity with AWS cloud services including ECS Lambda and step functions to build scalable solutions
Strong front-end development skills with JavaScript OOJS TypeScript ReactJS HTML5 CSS3 and NextJS
Ability to develop and integrate with Restful web services
Knowledge of test-driven development practices using frameworks like JUnit
Awareness of code quality tools like SonarQube to maintain high standards
Impeccable attention to detail maintaining technical standards and visual grammar
Comfortable working in Agile Operating Models and collaborating with globally located cross-functional teams
Exceptional analytical skills to make informed creative and commercially viable decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

Experience with microservice architecture to build scalable applications
Proficiency in distributed systems and low-latency services
Previous experience in financial services or fintech is a significant plus
Experience collaborating with UX professionals and visual designers to create seamless user experiences
Familiarity with contemporary Web animation and visualization libraries (e.g. HighCharts D3)
Experience working with content management systems and/or developing for CMS-managed sites
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
