Job Summary
- Support the Corporate and Institutional Markets sales team to improve customer relationships help drive performance and deliver best in class ideas and solutions in FX & Rates

In the role of Senior Associate you will join the Markets Sales team thats doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Create industry specific ideas and insights to share with clients and across the Sales team.
- Provide clients with timely market updates trade ideas and risk management strategies to support their decision-making
- Collaborate with and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders clients and all internal business partners.
- Proactively manage risk meeting all policy and compliance requirements.

- Intellectual curiosity and to be a team player
- Experience and proven understanding of financial markets & products through Banking Sales or Corporate Treasury experience
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to continuous improvement sharing your knowledge across the broader sales team.
- Tertiary qualification and AFMA accreditation are desirable (or work towards AFMA accreditation)
