Responsibilities
As part of the Central Valleys largest healthcare system our Information Technology Services team supports the technology foundation that powers patient care across multiple hospitalsclinicsand administrative this senior-level role within our Desktop Design and Client Services division the Endpoint Solutions Engineer III helps shape and support enterprise endpoint standards that keep our teams connected secure andoperatingefficiently.
- Lead the designimplementationand optimization of enterprise endpoint technologies including desktops laptops mobiledevicesand peripherals to ensure systemwide performance and security.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technicalexpertisewhile mentoring team members and supporting the resolution of complex endpoint issues.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalablereliableand secure endpoint solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new tools processes and standards that enhance endpoint architecture lifecyclemanagementand user experience across the organization.

Qualifications
Enterprise-level experience in SCCM including:
- Packaging Applications and deploying them.
- Building Windows Images for new hardware.
- Managing Software and Hardware Lifecycle within the environment.
- CompTia Certified: A Server Network Security Linux or related
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Enterprise Administrator Expert Messaging Administrator Associate Security Administrator Associate Teams Administrator Associate Teams Support Engineer Specialty Endpoint Administrator or related
- Nutanix Certified: Associate Professional - End User Computing or related
- VMware Certified: Technical Associate or Professional
- Other relevant systems/endpoint management certifications
