Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Supply Chain Contract Specialistfor an exciting job in Edison NJ.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing RFPs and contract negotiations with vendors and GPOs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide alternate suppliers during shortages/recalls.
Manage contract documentation renewals pricing updates and amendments.
Support buyers with pricing/contract discrepancies and maintain accurate procurement data.
Conduct supplier meetings and quarterly business reviews.
Collaborate on cost-reduction product standardization and process-improvement initiatives.
Analyze spend using Google tools and report cost-savings performance.
Serve as a liaison for procurement-related inquiries.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent.
5 years in procurement sourcing or supply chain.
Strong project management communication and adaptability.
Ability to travel as needed.
CRMP required (at hire or within 12 months).
