Job Description:
The Nurse Leader provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure high-quality patient care regulatory compliance team accountability and continuous improvement across the department. This role serves as a clinical and operational resource supporting staff providers and patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
Current Ohio RN license required
Minimum of 35 years of clinical nursing experience
Demonstrated leadership experience or charge nurse experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Nursing or Healthcare-related field
National certification (e.g. CNML NE-BC or specialty certification)
Experience in the specific service area (e.g. perioperative endoscopy)
Prior experience with performance improvement regulatory readiness or staff development
