Requirements

Provides a safe and healthy environment for all the children in the camp program.

Ensures that the children are under proper supervision at all times.

Eats lunch with the children and provides appropriate discussion for meal times.

Ensures that all documentation takes place promptly such as attendance accident/incident reports and any other required paperwork.

Follows the schedule and routine created for the program

Must be at least 16 years of age for Assistant Counselor and 18 years of age for Lead Counselor.

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Emotional maturity when working with children parents co-workers and supervisors.

Flexibility patience and understanding when working with children.

Salary Description

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour DOQ
