POSTION SUMMARY:
Direct Support Professional (DSP)helps individuals with disabilities lead independent and fulfilling lives by providing direct support with daily living activities including personal care medication administration and skill also focus on fostering positive relationships ensuring client safety and promoting community involvement. Weekend and evening shifts are available.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support clients in developing life skills such as cooking cleaning communication and social interaction.
Encourage independence while assisting with daily activities like personal care meal preparation and transportation.
Foster enriching experienceswhether its folding laundry together taking a peaceful walk in the park or enjoying a picnic under the sun.
Build strong respectful relationships with clients to help them thrive in their homes and communities.
Maintain a safe and positive environment that promotes growth dignity and joy.
- Maintaining accurate records of services provided and client progress.

Qualifications
Minimum age of 17.
Drivers license and vehicle insurance.
