THE ROLE

Lead a high-impact HR Shared Services team delivering fast accurate and employee-focused support across two major regions. This role combines leadership hands-on case management and operational coordinationperfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving growing environment.

Location: Glasgow Hybrid: 3 days on-site per week

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead mentor and develop the Case Management & Employee Support team.
  • Ensure high-quality timely resolution of Tier 0/1 HR queries and transactions.
  • Oversee case triage routing escalations and VIP case management.
  • Drive accuracy and compliance in all HR transactionsonboarding changes exits data updates.
  • Partner closely with the HR Operations team and Malaysia HRSS hub to ensure smooth handovers and consistent service.
  • Monitor KPIs and service quality identifying opportunities for process and service improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy security standards and regional employment regulations.
  • Support operational planning coverage coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance employee experience.

ABOUT YOU

  • 67 years in HR operations/HRSS with experience handling high-volume cases.
  • 3 years leading or mentoring HR teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems case management tools and data accuracy best practices.
  • Solid understanding of GDPR data privacy and multi-jurisdiction HR compliance.
  • Experience handling escalations and VIP cases with professionalism and discretion.
  • A proactive adaptable mindsetyou thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent English is essential (additionalGerman Swedish or Finnish speaking isa plus).
  • A passion for coaching improving processes and elevating the employee experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS
