Essential Functions

Service Repair and Troubleshoot Elevator equipment as needed.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned Elevator route.
Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience servicing Residential Elevators
Strong mechanical aptitude and elevator troubleshooting skills with ability to handle physical workload required in fit-for-duty assessment.
Clean valid drivers license
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with customers on a positive basis
Certified Elevator Technician or Elevator Mechanic License preferred
