Are you ready to shape digital strategy and drive transformation at Lancashire County Council

Were seeking a strategic and influential Strategic Business Partner to act as the key liaison between Digital Services and directorates ensuring digital initiatives deliver real business value and support organisational goals.

As a Strategic Business Partner you will:

• Act as the primary strategic liaison for your directorate translating business needs into digital requirements and solutions.
• Provide leadership and direction in the development and implementation of digital initiatives that align with council strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and corporate teams to shape digital requirements secure executive sponsorship and drive transformation.
• Support the development of digital strategies and application roadmaps ensuring initiatives are prioritised to meet business needs.

What Were Looking For:

• Professional or academic qualification or substantial experience in a relevant field; digital transformation or project management certifications desirable.
• Proven experience of strategic business planning ideally within a large complex organisation.
• Experience in a senior digital role with a track record of supporting digital strategy and working with senior leaders.
• Excellent communication facilitation and project management skills with the ability to bridge business needs and digital solutions.
