About the role
Collaborate with hospital teams and external stakeholders to understand needs and provide innovative financial solutions.
Analyze and present integrated financial data to guide strategic decisions and improve business performance.
Review proposed investments assessing feasibility affordability and ROI to support key initiatives.
Mentor teams and promote best-practice finance processes reporting and performance management.
Ensure compliance with Health Reforms and government funding regulations while supporting critical strategic initiatives.
About you
Qualified & Experienced: CA/CPA with tertiary qualifications in Accounting Commerce or related discipline and 5 years experience in financial management or business partnering preferably in healthcare or pathology.
Analytical & Strategic: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights that drive decisions.
Technical Expertise: Advanced budgeting forecasting and financial modelling skills; experience with Oracle Power BI or similar systems; knowledge of pathology cost structures and funding models.
Influential Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills able to build strong partnerships with clinicians managers and executives.
Leadership & Collaboration: Proven leadership and team management capability fostering collaboration continuous improvement and a high-performing finance culture.
