This workforce planning analyst role works on projects of moderate scope to maximize efficiencies and generate inputs to strategy for both the Temple and Special Projects Departments. Ongoing daily work includes forecasting planning and reporting on annual department FTE budgets. Projects range from early-stage planning and prioritization of headcount utilization to cross-department FTE position management. Incumbents work with department leadership (managing directors senior directors and directors) to improve FTE planning strategies and analysis.
Incumbents in this role receive general instructions from the HR director on routine work and guidance on new planning projects or assignments. Work is reviewed regularly by the HR director controller and department senior leaders. After gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the role incumbents work independently to accomplish such tasks.
This role is 100% in the office.
Works with directors and senior leaders to determine long-term FTE forecasting goals by analyzing data and operations for both the Temple and Special Projects Departments and making recommendations for changes and improvements.
Analyzes internal global data to identify department business needs and coordinates with leaders to subsequently formulate solutions to address them.
Actively and regularly meets with and presents to senior leader stakeholders.
Delivers planning and analysis as well as projects of significant scope that involve strategy development and fulfilment of annual plans for assigned departments.
Analysis of field operations growth needs or forecasting is a core part of this role.
Projects include analysis and recommendations related to temple FTE forecasting and appropriate utilization of staffing for currently operating temples around the world.
Required:
Bachelors degree in business or related field
2 years of business planning business strategy or related experience.
Proficiency with standard software such as the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
