Corporate Recruiter needed in North central Austin
$65-70K plus benefits (temp to hire)
9am to 5pm Monday
Job Responsibilities May Include
Conduct recruitment efforts for all personnel levels; track open positions and post employment ads internally and externally that accurately reflect the role and company culture on the companys applicant tracking system (ATS).
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to reach a wide pool of qualified candidates.
Attend and organize job fairs and networking events.
Strategize and coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Screen résumés and applications to identify qualified applicants.
Evaluate candidates to assess qualifications skills and experience.
Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.
Maintain HR department recruiting metrics.
Process all pre-employment background checks including drug screens and driving records.
Administer collect and review all required documents and materials for the onboarding process.
Schedule monitor and assist new employees with their onboarding.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions providing an overview of the companys mission vision culture and policies.
Maintain accurate and complete personnel records ensuring confidentiality and compliance with retention rules.
Recommend new approaches policies and procedures to improve departmental efficiency and service quality.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but may serve as a coach and mentor on personnel matters.
Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Standard office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel
Moderate travel within multiple Texas locations and major cities/regions may be required.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Minimum of 13 years of experience in recruiting or other areas of Human Resources.
