Electrical Engineer Hitachi Automation

Location: Covington Ohio
Employment Type: Full-Time

Hitachi Automation seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in PLC programming to join our team in Covington OH. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex automation challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain electrical control systems and components.
Program troubleshoot and optimize PLC systems (Allen-Bradley Siemens or similar).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient integration of electrical systems.
Perform system testing validation and documentation.
Support maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience with PLC programming and industrial automation.
Knowledge of electrical schematics wiring diagrams and control systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with HMI development and SCADA systems.
Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.
