We are now looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong foundation and knowledge in retail to propel this growth by securing and managing complex high-impact partnerships.
What youll be doing
You will own the acquisition of enterprise retail partners and sell Wolts full commercial offering. You will manage the entire process end-to-end: scoping value chain analysis building business cases C-level negotiations and ensuring internal alignment across local Nordic and global teams.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Build and manage a pipeline of top-tier retail prospects across key verticals
- Develop complex tailored value propositions based on understanding of the partners full value chainfrom operations to unit economics to customer experience
- Lead enterprise-level negotiations with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- Create data-driven business cases demonstrating ROI and long-term value
- Coordinate closely with product commercial and operational teams to secure internal alignment
- Identify new opportunities across Drive Marketplace and hybrid models
- Ensure smooth handover to account management after signing
- Maintain deep insight into competitive landscape category trends and retail market dynamics
Our humble expectations
- 36 years of enterprise or consultative sales experience withinretail FMCG tech SaaS or logistics
- Strong understanding of theretail value chain decision-making structures and commercial drivers
- Proven track record incomplex multi-stakeholder enterprise negotiations
- A natural hunter with the drive to build and scale partner portfolios
- Ability to tailor Wolts solutions to different business models and demonstrate clear ROI
- Analytical mindset and skill in translating data into compelling commercial narratives
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with many parallel priorities
- Fluency in Danish and English
