What Youll Do

Be the first friendly face (or voice) people encounterthink of yourself as the agencys human welcome mat.
Answer phones like a pro (bonus points if you can do it without sounding like youre in a hostage situation).
Keep the front desk organized and looking sharpbecause first impressions matter.
Assist with light admin tasks (filing scanning and pretending to understand the printers feelings).
Occasionally accept compliments for being awesome.

What Were Looking For

A people person who can chat with anyoneeven the guy who insists his car was stolen by aliens.
Multitasking skills that rival a circus juggler.
Basic computer skills (if you can Google how to fix the printer youre halfway there).
