Job Summary
PART-TIME SATURDAY RECEPTIONIST LEXUS OF COOL SPRINGS (SALES DEPARTMENT)
Hours: Saturdays 7:30 AM 6 PM Pay: $15-16/hour Additional days/hours may be available
Lexus of Cool Springs is looking for a warm organized and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our Sales Department team on Saturdays. If you enjoy helping people staying organized and being the welcoming face of a professional environment we want to hear from you!
This is a great opportunity for someone seeking steady weekend work with the possibility of picking up additional hours during the week.
Your Responsibilities:
Greet all visitors and determine their needs with professionalism and warmth
Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
Answer and transfer incoming calls or take clear detailed messages
Communicate with customers in a courteous and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and inviting coffee bar area; offer light refreshments
Assist with light administrative tasks and dealership support as needed
Follow all receptionist processes and maintain a polished front desk presence
What Were Looking For:
Reliable and punctual - must be able to work Saturdays
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Friendly positive attitude and professional demeanor
Comfortable using computers and multi-line phone systems
Customer service or receptionist experience is a plus
