Provide comprehensive support across business operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams including procurement accounting and legal.
Create and manage quotations for new and renewal contract.
Draft contracts and PUMIs in alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards.
Prepare PUMIs for server and disk upgrades decommissions and intra company contracts.
Serve as the primary point of contract for client communications and support ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Prepare and deliver both regular and ad hoc reports tailored to client needs.
Manage the full contract lifecycle including initiation execution and tracking and renewal.
Monitor and update the quotes and billing information related to SCP resources usage via the Samsung Cloud Platform.
Register and maintain customer-side contract and quote information on internal platforms such as RMS and BQMS.
Perform additional responsibilities as required to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications :
Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a minimum of 3 years of experience in related field/s desired.
Skills:
Technical: Proficient in ICT systems cloud platforms and digital collaboration tools
Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Languages: Fluent in English Korean
Core Strengths: Cross-cultural communication client relationship management legal documentation attention to detail time management and strategic problem-solving
