Job Summary
Join our team as an Electrical Designer I and kick-start your career in electrical design! In this entry-level role youll assist with layouts for power lighting grounding and special systems perform 3D modeling using Revit and AutoCAD MEP and help produce high-quality deliverables. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or technical certification basic software proficiency and a strong desire to learn and collaborate.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical trade school certification in Electrical Design or related field.
- 03 years of relevant experience (design or construction).
- Basic proficiency in Revit AutoCAD MEP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Additional Qualifications
Fundamental experience with performing engineering calculations and developing and implementing electrical lighting power and special systems designs
Ability to interface with client and external partners
Ability to travel as for client development and project execution
Fundamental experience conducting field surveys of existing conditions and support of field reporting
Proficient at fundamental electrical design calculations under the supervision of an engineer
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design of electrical power lighting grounding/bonding and special systems (tele/data security fire alarm raceway cable tray).
- Perform 3D modeling and drafting tasks using Revit and AutoCAD MEP.
- Conduct field investigations and prepare markups/reviews.
- Produce discipline deliverables and coordinate with other design teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
