Job Responsibilities:
Human resources tasks
- Recruitment-related tasks: Support for new intern recruitment and post-employment follow-up
- Training-related tasks: Progress management for required online training
- In-house English language training support
Controlling/Finance&Accounting tasks
- Ad-hoc data collection
- Reporting format review
- Ad-hoc data analysis
- Cash flow analysis support
- Monthly financial closing support
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Candidate pursuing a bachelors or masters degree related to HR Accounting or Business (must be enrolled at a university for the whole internship period of 6 to 12 months from April 2026 to March 2027)
- Fluent in English good command of second language (Japanese preferred)
- Must be a self-starter with a proactive approach to work and strong customer and service orientation
- Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong detail orientation
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work autonomously
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Prefer to have SAP operation experience
