HR Generalist (In charge of recruitment and other HR operation related tasks)
Purpose
This role fuels our talent engine and development foundation. You will lead recruitment drive CSR/engagement activities and support training related tasksto attract hire and retain talent aligned with our business goals.

Support onboarding / orientation logistics etc.
Qualifications
Must Have
Customer Service Mindset.
PC Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
Multi-tasking Ability / Resilience / Adaptability.
Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to acquire knowledge of labor laws and other HR-related topics.
English and Japanese Proficiency: Strong communication skills in reading writing and speaking.
Attention to Detail / High Ethical Standards.
Nice to Have
Full-cycle Recruitment Experience: From gathering detailed position requirements from
departments to closing hires.
Presentation Skills: Experience in creating presentations from scratch.
ATS Expertise in Recruitment: Hands-on experience with ATS operations and improving candidate experience and employer branding.
